I loved:- The location of the hotel is near the train station with multiple restaurants, shops, bars, and grocery stores nearby.- The complimentary bicycles are available for hotel guests to use during their stay. - The quiet environment to relax during your stay and the outstanding onsen facilities (no extra charge). - The room and bed were very comfortable.

I did not enjoy:- The breakfast options offered on-site at the coffee shop.- The lack of flexibility in finding a space to make a business call while my family was sleeping in the room.- The hotel needs to offer more laundry machines, as it was complicated to find availability. - The lack of storage and seating option in the room.

Overall, we enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the onsen and cafe/restaurant. We appreciated the availability of the washing machine and the free popsicles. The room itself was small but we were glad to have a desk area and we loved the bathroom! The location of the hotel is wonderful and close to many restaurants.

Suggestions to improve our experience:1. Provide more than one pillow per bed2. Add at least one hook in the bathroom to hang bags and/or towels3. Provide more than 1 keycard per room4. Extend check-out until 11am

We enjoyed our stay. Although we had to book two rooms for 4 people, it was a very good price and good value. We were 9 minutes walking distance to Kyoto Station, and it was fairly close to the places we wanted to visit. The room was clean and the room arrangement was good. There is a public bath although we did not try it.

The washroom is very small with minimal counter space but this is often the case in hotels in Japan.

Very good experience, close to the station, room is big enough for 2 girls and 2 24inch luggage. Like the public hot tub. There is a very big drug store nearby, easy for shopping. Will recommend.

There are a bit stains on the walls.

The hotel is very luxurious for given value. very high comfort. Staff was nice and helpful. I loved everything about this place. Onsen is modern and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious, healthy one. Lots of place to sit around on ground floor.The Location was good. The busses were on walking distance.

The breakfast was limited to small portions and the staff there was quite rude during the day, refusing to give me a glass of water because I did not buy any food at the coffee room

It was nice I got another room requested to see Temple and that tattoos were ok in public bath this time :)

Good modern room and onsen

Strange layout of the bathroom and how they put the sink outside. The breakfasr is very american and queuing a lot. The staff can smile more

Location. Staff is friendly and respectful.

The room had no windows and felt more like a prison. The walls were stained and urgently need repainting. The breakfast was exactly the same every single day.

The only thing that was an issue for us is there wasn’t any coffee in the room nor any place to go downstairs and get coffee. You can only purchase coffee and you don’t even get free refills.

Really nice location. Good food near by, the train station within walking distance. It also had one of the best temples a couple of blocks away. The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was not included but it was affordable and really good.

I liked absolutely everything about this hotel. It was stylish, immaculate, felt very Japanese, was in an ideal location - both for proximity to all transport and in the sense that it was in a bit of a quiet oasis away from the hubbub - and the mini onsen was a major bonus. Couldn’t say enough good things about the place. I would’ve stay a month.

Would’ve liked a wee set of drawers to more easily unpack my suitcase.
